Thank you for shopping at Heirloom Print Shop. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact the shop. You can review our policy on returns and refunds below.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for production of your fine art print. Once production is completed you will receive an email notifying you of your shipment and order tracking number. Orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days after they have been shipped. It is recommended to purchase Route Package Protection upon checkout to insure delivery or your goods and peace of mind. By declining protection, Heirloom Print Shop is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

All prints are printed in the United States and shipped in a sturdy mailer via USPS or UPS.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order promptly upon delivery. Any concerns regarding print condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so that we may review the issue and assist if necessary.

Customer should inspect artwork before remove it from the protective sleeve or providing it to a third party such as a frame shop.

 

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted, orders are final and non-refundable. However, if there are concerns with your order please contact the shop so we can find a solution.

Because each print is produced to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, framing issues, or damage that occurs after the artwork has been removed from its original packaging.

If you opted to pay for Package Protection and you received your order damaged or it appears lost in transit, contact us:

When contacting us about a damaged delivery, please include your order number and photos of both the print and the packaging if applicable. A claim can be filed any time within 10 days of a damaged delivery. Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement. Once submitted, customer support will contact you within 1-2 business days for resolution.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
